2012 Courses
Courses running in 2012 cost AUD$1980 twin share. Single supplement is AUD$350.

This includes:

  • Accommodation and meals for 7 nights
  • Domestic flights from Nadi return
  • Transfers from Savusavu airport
  • Excursions as listed in the programme
  • All course fees
  • One free half-hour massage

International flights are extra. Virgin Australia and Air Pacific both fly to Nadi; flight costs normally range from approximately $650 to $850 depending on time of year – although you can sometimes get even cheaper specials (and conversely if you leave the booking late the price can go up).

Pacific Sun have just issued a new domestic flight schedule (Jan 2012). Flightswill now depart from Nadi at 7.00am on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. and at 1415 on all days of the week except Tuesdays.   The return flights from Savusavu to Nadi are at 11.20am on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays and at 1545 (3.45 pm) on all days except Tuesdays. You can also consider flying to Labasa, the airport to the north of Savusavu.  You can check schedules at www.airpacific.com/. Please ask us for advice when booking your international flight so you make the best connection with the local flights (which we will book for you).

Terms and conditions

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

  1. Payment schedule and cancellation terms. A $400 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The full amount is due 90 days before the course commencement date. Any cancellation must be made in writing (letter / fax / email).
    Cancellation charges are as follows:
    - less than 90 days before course starts: 40% of cost;
    - less than 50 days before course starts: 65% of cost;
    - less than 30 days before course starts: 100% of cost.
  2. All prices and times are based on flights ex-Sydney; please ask for a quote if you are flying from another airport. Where the price includes the international air fare, it is based on flights ex-Sydney.
  3. All itineries are based on flights ex-Sydney.
  4. Flights from other airports may require an overnight stay in Nadi; this can be booked with us for A$85.
  5. If a course is under subscribed we may cancel; in this case a full refund (including deposit) will be made.
  6. Courses need minimum numbers to proceed; you must obtain confirmation that the course will go ahead as scheduled before booking your international flight.
  7. If a teacher is unable to come due to last minute accident / illness, we will find a replacement
  8. Passports. It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is up to date and that you supply us with your name exactly as shown in the passport. Visas are not required for Fiji for Australian, New Zealand, US and UK passport holders.
  9. You are strongly recommended to have travel insurance for this tour. Please confirm details of your insurance, or indicate in the form above if you would like to purchase it through us.
  10. Health requirements. Please ensure that you advise us of any health conditions and that you carry sufficient medication for any medical conditions. Fiji has no mandatory requirements for inoculations but you should consult your GP for advice.
  11. Bookings made less than 60 days in advance may carry a supplementary charge; this is dependant on flight prices.
  12. Once booked, changes may be allowed at a cost, if permitted by the airfare rules. If not so permitted, no changes can be made.
